The Concept

The TASTE is built on the sensation of flavour perceived in the mouth and throat on contact with a substance. The substance is the core of what we care about. What distinguishes the good taste is the ability to discern what is of good quality or of a high aesthetic standard.

The ori­gin of the word is taken from Middle Eng­lish, also in the sense ‘touch’, from Old French, and it means: ‘touch, try, taste’. It re­flects the in­ner real­ity, the in­tim­ate ex­per­i­ence of real­ness, and the per­sonal se­lec­tion of fla­vours. As the se­lect­ors, we build and share con­tem­por­ary im­ages that re­flect the in­ner beauty of the ul­ti­mate ex­per­i­ences that dis­tin­guish the sens­ory touch of reality.
